Explore vehicle concierge services designed to simplify your day and keep your vehicle moving without disrupting your schedule.

  • We transport your vehicle to your scheduled maintenance or repair appointment and handle the essential advisor interaction — key exchange, confirming drop-off, verifying payment before pickup, and relaying updates based on your concierge tier.

    You schedule the appointment directly with your dealership or repair shop. We handle the pickup, drop-off, and return delivery once the visit is complete. Notification depends on your concierge tier:

    • Standard: You receive all updates directly from the shop and notify us when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

    • Full: You receive updates and forward advisor messages or videos to us. We interpret what’s important and notify you of anything requiring a decision. You or the shop may notify us when the vehicle is ready.

    • Premium: You set pre-authorized approval rules, and we absorb advisor communication within those boundaries. The shop or you will notify us when the vehicle is ready, and we handle the rest.

    If your visit involves a loaner, you will manage the loaner exchange directly with the dealership. Zrebo does not deliver loaners or perform loaner swaps. We offer a return-only option for customers who have already dropped off their vehicle and simply need it brought home or back to work once the service is complete.

  • Dealership & Repair Shop Visit Transport for oil changes, inspections, diagnostics, warranty work, and general maintenance or repairs at your preferred shop.

    State Inspection Visit Transport for NC state inspections at your chosen inspection station.

    Tire Service Visit Transport for tire rotations, balancing, replacements, and leak repairs. Vehicle must be safe to drive.

    Mechanic & Independent Shop Visit Transport for diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance at local mechanics and independent shops.

    • Standard return timing

    Pickup and return to the same location are included with every tier. If you need the vehicle returned to a different location, an Extra Stop add-on ($15) can be added.

  • Add optional services to your Zrebo vehicle transport. Any third-party service costs are passed through at cost, with the applicable Zrebo service fee shown below.

    Fuel Top-Off — Fuel cost + $10
    We’ll stop for fuel and return your vehicle with the requested fuel level. Fuel is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $10 Zrebo service fee.

    Wash Add-On — Wash cost + $25
    A basic exterior wash completed during your vehicle’s service visit. Wash cost is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $25 Zrebo service fee. Exterior wash only; no detailing.

    Interior Vacuum — $20
    Light interior vacuum service, including basic wipe-down and trash removal. This is not a detailing service.

    Priority Return — $20
    Request an earlier return than the standard return window or a specific return time during normal operating hours. Subject to availability.

    After-Hours Pickup/Return — $25
    Pickup or return scheduled outside Zrebo’s standard operating hours of 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Subject to availability.

    Alternate Return Location — $15
    Required when your vehicle is picked up from one location and returned to a different location. This fee applies to the vehicle’s return location, not to additional errands or services requested during transport.

    Important: Add-on availability is subject to routing, timing, and service-provider availability. Zrebo coordinates the requested transportation and add-on logistics; any third-party service is performed by the applicable service provider.
