  • We handle the entire visit for any routine maintenance or repair appointment. Zrebo picks up your vehicle, takes it to your preferred dealership, independent shop, or mechanic, manages the visit based on your concierge tier, and returns it when finished.

  • These are all included under Maintenance Visit Pickup & Drop-Off:

    • Dealership & Repair Shop Visit Oil changes, inspections, diagnostics, warranty work, and general repairs.

    • State Inspection Visit Transport for NC state inspections at your preferred station.

    • Tire Service Visit Rotations, balancing, replacements, leak repairs — vehicle must be safe to drive.

    • Mechanic & Independent Shop Visit Diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance at local mechanics.

    • Pickup from your location

    • Drop-off at your preferred shop

    • Return to the same location

    • Standard return timing

    • Pickup and return to the same location is included with every tier. If you need the vehicle returned to a different location, an Extra Stop add-on ($15) applies.

    • Fuel Top-Off — Fuel cost + $10

    • Wash Add-On — Wash cost + $25

    • Interior Vacuum — $20 flat

    • Priority Return — $20
